Diet Day #2


This is my dinner. My propper meal for today. I am trying hard to start a program in which i must eat 5 meals a day. Healthy food that is. No sweets, no too much bread, no fried stuff. Ok. How do i convince S. to follow me in this? Let's hope this penne salad will be a good start.
